Positive: Very nice sweet place to stay, well located for the archeological area. The family room was good for a family of 4 with its own small private garden area connected to the main gardens outside. The gardens and swimming pools areas were beautifully kept and there is even a small farm and horse riding school adjacent. Very friendly and helpful staff including organising our transfer from and to the airport including ensuring that the vehicle had an infant car seat for the baby. Very nice breakfast with good options for the children served within the main hotel building. The main restaurant for evening meals is separate from the hotel around the corner in the winery and the food was delicious. The hotel staff were very helpful in explaining how to get tickets and book to visit the archaeological area and if required can also organise a private guide. Pompei Santuario station is about 20 minutes walk away and trains about every 30 minutes towards Naples and the Coast. The service bus to climb Mount Versuvio can be caught in the town centre next to the Pompei Archeological area entrance (bus is €3.80 each way, pay on the bus, entrance fee to climb the mountain is bookable on the national park website https://www.parconazionaledelvesuvio.it/en/visit-the-park/the-paths/the-great-cono-2-2/ )
Negative: It is about a 20-25 minute walk into the main town centre from the hotel and there were limited options for local restaurants, it is either the hotel winery or the main town centre, but there is a nearby mini-supermarket for water and snacks. In the summer there are mosquitoes so bring insects repellent and after bite cream.

Positive: My family and I enjoyed everything about this property. The breakfast was amazing! The tour of the winery and wine testing with meal was excellent! The food and the waiters at the restaurant are exceptional! All of the receptionist are kind and extremely helpful. A huge thank you to Nydia, Franz, and Alessandro for all their help at reception. All the staff including housekeeping were great. The pool with the view of Mount Vesuvius was breathtaking! We enjoyed visiting Pompei . The resort is calm, quiet, and relaxing. A sincere thank you to all the staff for a wonderful vacation.

Positive: The pool was amazing; the staff were generous and accommodating. The room was comfortable; best hotel sleep I have had - softest sheets. Hotel restaurant was most impressive, and the atmosphere was quiet, charming...great food.
